Figuring out technology...

The more I try to figure out, the more I find out how little I know. Are you following me? Well, apparently I somehow lost all my followers while trying to update the look of my blog. It still has the section, but there aren't any pictures underneath. Has anyone else had this happen? I don't know how to get it back on either, since I don't know how I lost it in the first place. I also wanted to add the title of the blog somewhere, other than through the middle of Scott's face. No success with that either. I'm calling it a day, but will check back to see if anyone has any suggestions for me in the next couple days. For now, my friends that followed the blog are lost on the internet. Hope you're found soon:)

  1. your followers are there don't worry and if you edit your family pic somewhere just add the title there and then re-upload the edited photo. Pretty easy. I usually just use picasa because its free and easy.

  2. I see the followers! And I like the new look. Can you play around with photo editing software to add the title to the photo itself before uploading it?

  3. Thanks for the advice. I visited another friend's page shortly after I posted and realized that it must be a blogger glitch. I'm not sure why I didn't think about putting the print on the photos. That's what I usually do on Picnik. I must be having one of those forgetful days. I was trying to simplify the blog a bit, but wanted a more creative font. Thankfully I was able to figure that out. I didn't realize that blogspot had added an advanced features section.

  4. Slightly off-topic, but have you been having trouble uploading pictures to your posts? It doesn't seem as user-friendly and I'm wondering if it's just my computer or a Blogger-wide problem.

  5. Rachel, I haven't noticed a difference with pictures. There were quite a lot of error pages coming up yesterday, but they might have had a lot more traffic or something. The high resolution pics do take at least 3 minutes to load 1 though.
