They're Back!

Those construction guys are hard at work again and this time they took away the front porch...

They left a nicer deck than the one before!
Thankful for a gift card from last Christmas that made this project possible. As the siding was being g replaced one of the old steps actually broke. Thankful it held out over the past 10 years though! Jade likes her shelter underneath. Will try to get a pic of her once the new snow melts...

Kirsten's 10th Birthday

Starting a new tradition-Breakfast in Bed. Getting to choose what they want looks like it will be a taste adventure! No cold cereal for our kids:))). Kiersten requested Biscuits 'n Gravy. We included eggs, hash browns, fruit kebabs and peppermint tea. We enjoyed having the opportunity to make her day as special as possible.

We especially enjoyed her choice of lemon tarts instead of birthday cake.
