Yesterday was full of activity from beginning to end. Most of us woke up at 8, a rare occurrence, but very much needed since we didn't get home from church and the Wendy's stop until 10. Our kids are so far off schedule that we'll have to sleep for a week when we get home just to catch up:). That's what vacations are for, right? I'll post the pics from yesterday and than wrap up with other interesting things at the end.

Where's the watermelons? |

Heron Bay(In Mom's neighborhood). |
We LOVE these swings! |
The boys loved running, unhampered by snow boots and snow. |
The area here has little fire pits that you can rent. Not sure if we'll get to do that, but it's a nice area. |
Our winter home? |
Just kidding, these places are HUGE! |
Mom's house is just right. |
Caleb doing his Dollar Store puzzle. |
Our turtle is still growing. |
At the park for Chandler's baseball game. |
The blue team is Creekside. |
Our kids comandeered this climbing wall and wouldn't let anyone else up. (We jokingly said that they'd claimed this piece of soil for Canada and were holding down the fort waiting for reinforcements:). |

Kiersten enjoying the ballgame snacks. |
Chandler is the one on the far right. |

Exploring... |

Not sure what to think of it. |
Chandler taking care of right field. |
Chandler at the bat.(He hit one into left field, unfortunately they caught it). |
Cheeto hands. |
The boys were saying, "We're the king of the castle and you're the dirty rascals". Way to make friends boys:). |
Cameryn's group singing for Cafe Forte.(Bad lighting, sorry teacher!) |
Nathan sang a song called "Shenendoah" and was the one who organized the evening. He also played the piano for Cameryn's group. |

Self Explanatory |

Chandler was asked to fill in last minute. He accompanied his friend who was playing the trombone. The song was Swing Low Sweet Chariot. Chandler's got natural rhythm. I tried playing the ones in his room and I have marching drums in my head, not the ones accompanying music. |

Overall, it was a very fun day. We were able to get dress shoes for the boys and Kiersten. We also found some casual shoes for Scott and paid under $40 for all 4! They were all on sale, which was a definite bonus. Mom is super busy at work this week, but should be able to take off a couple days next week. We drove over to Christina's house and then she drove to the baseball game 30 minutes away. From there we took Chandler and went to the Cafe Forte to hear Cameryn sing. We paid a bit, but the money went to suppport the arts and music section of the school. They gave everyone coffee or hot cocoa. Kiersten ended up knocking over a hot cocoa that someone left on the floor, but it's concrete in there, so no harm was done. After that we went back to Jason and Christina's to visit. We got back home around 10. Our GPS is working now and has been named "Suzie Luzie" by the kids. She helps us to find our way around, but after a couple trips back and forth, we're able to remember the right exits before she tells us.
That about wraps it up for yesterday. Scott's doing school with Elyssia and we have plans to clean out the rest of the van, plus vac it out this morning. It's another sunny day and we're going to enjoy what the LORD hath made!
