A Super Fun Day!

Another epic day, especially picture-wise.  It's getting late, so I'll just journal through the pictures and save stories, etc, for another day.

Kiersten tries her first grapefruit and goes back for more:).

Lego time!

Elyssia chose to read a book instead.

We worked on the little lego creations.

My attempted sketch of Caleb.

Elyssia

Kiersten and a friend(I couldn't get her mouth right, so just gave her a nice smile:)

The new pantry that my father in law built for me!  It has a sugar and flour drawer, so I won't be refilling the small containers any more.

Elyssia put Kiersten in her leash, to keep her out of the way.

The apprenticing carpenter is building a cheese sandwich:)

Caleb is ready to play in the snow:))).

The boys shelves that Grandad built!  (It reminds me of a toy store and I love having things where we can find them quickly, rather than searching through the dark closet when they want something.

Kiersten loves to ride in Scott's carpenter pouch:).

Kiersten wanted to wear Elyssia's princess dress.  We laughingly called her Bridezilla because she didn't want to give it back and kept growling at Elyssia when she tried to get it back:))).

Caleb is showing off the pouch I made for his cell phone.  His face is hilarious!

Devotions...  Garrison is Samuel.

Caleb is Saul(who was taller than all the other men). He was out looking for the lost donkeys at this point.

Caleb was crying because he got "anointed" with water by "Samuel".  "Samuel" put a lot of water on his head:).

This was us, the Israelites, chanting, "We want a King, We want a king." Little did "Saul" Caleb know that he was going to be the one chosen.  He tried to hide, but Kiersten found him.

Garrison showing off his cell phone pouch.(I finished Elyssia's after she went to bed and didn't take a pic).
Overall, it was a really awesome day. There were a few falls, bumps, etc..., but the kids were too busy to get into too much trouble.  They ate almost all of the Valentines cookies, many of which had Red Hots on them.  Nana thought they might be too hot, but the boys LOVED them and were upset when they were all gone...  There were lots of books read, as usual.  We had some delicious ribs for supper.  My mother in law fixed them and I probably could have eaten all of them, if I wasn't such a sharing person:))).  I definitely need to use her recipe the next time I fix some.
Now it's getting to be that time of day.  It's after 10 and all the others are asleep. My eyes are starting to glaze over a bit, so I think it's about time for me to head to bed.
