Her first suitor...

I just got home from Ladies Bible Study and I'm pretty tired, so I decided to save the major part of my posting for tomorrow.  I did, however, think that this part of the day was worth sharing now.  Elyssia has her first "unwanted" suitor:).  His name is Micah and he's 4 and a half years old.  We're helping him and his mom a bit and today we took them to Kindersley.  He got into the car and said, "Hi, I'm Micah and I'm four."  A bit later he said, "You're my girlfriend!".  Elyssia replied, "I'm your friend, but not your girlfriend".  They played together a bit before Christmas, but this is the first time he's brought this up.  He wouldn't let it go.  "I need a girlfriend.  Let's do something fun, girlfriend."  I asked him if he was ready to get married and he said Yes!  Yikes!!! I asked him how he planned to support her, what kind of job he was going to get...  That one seemed to stump him.  He thinks they can get married when they're older.  His mom tried to get him to stop talking about it, but he was quite persistent and Elyssia was really annoyed:).  I think she was relieved when we dropped them off.  I didn't think we'd encounter this quite so early, but at least Elyssia has no interest in it:).  So, I'm exhausted and I'm heading to bed.  Looking forward to spending the whole day at home tomorrow and praying that there aren't any unexpected errands for me to run.
